About Blister Inspection
Blister Inspection is a high-speed, AI-assisted vision
system for 100% inspection of blister packs (tablets,
capsules, vials, syringes).
It combines precision optics, strobe/telecentric lighting,
and hybrid analytics (rules + deep learning) to detect
missing or damaged product, color mix-ups in real time.
The system logs image evidence, drives reject devices, and
able to integrates with MES/ERP/OEE for full electronic
records and compliance (21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 ready).
